La Commission vient de lancer un appel  Calls for Tender (2006) sur le thème 

Programme Evaluation " Final evaluation of the eTEN Programme"

1. Objective

The global objectives of the study are:

- to synthesise and update previous relevant assessments to provide a
meta-evaluation of the eTEN Programme;

- to carry out a full ex post evaluation of the programme to determine its
impact, efficiency, effectiveness, relevance and sustainability;

- to offer lessons learned and associated recommendations which can inform
implementation of the ICT Policy Support Programme under the Competitiveness
and Innovation Framework Programme.
