FP7 / défi sur le eInclusion / journées   d'information les 15 et 16 janvier 2007 / Bruxelles 


The commission will be holding information days in Brussels on 15th and 16th
January 2007 in support of Challenge 7: eInclusion, within the ICT part of the
new 7th Framework Programme. We will provide information on Call 1 and
Call2 as
regards eInclusion.

Potential proposers are invited to participate and also to actively contribute
to this meeting by sending your proposals in the form of maximum 3 slides. 

Presenters will get 3-5 minutes to explain their proposal and are requested to
focus on bringing a clear and short message to the audience. 

Sessions will address: 
       Embedding accessibility in mainstream ICT 
       Computer simulation of the user interaction 
       Non-invasive Brain Computer Interaction 
       ICT for Social Inclusion of young people 
       Advanced Prototype Systems for Independent Living and Active Ageing 
       Open Systems Reference Architectures, Standards and Platforms     
Please indicate which of the sessions you would ideally like to present
within.


Contributions should be emailed not later than 5 January 2007 to
einclusion@ec.europa.eu. 

You can of course also participate without a presentation. We will allocate
places on a first come, first served basis. Please email us on
einclusion@ec.europa.eu if you wish to attend. Further details will be
provided
with your confirmation.

1 Administrative aspects of Call 1, including instruments and funding levels 
2 Ethical Issues

1 Open Systems Reference Architectures, Standards and Platforms 
2 Support measures

       09:00 Overview of Call 2: Accessible and Inclusive ICT
